Easy Thumbprint Cookies

Instructions:

  • Place blackberries and lemon juice in a small saucepan set over medium warmth. Bring to a boil, utilizing a fork to crush berries as they soften.

  • Remove from warmth and add chia seeds and stevia. Mix properly and permit to chill.

  • Scoop cookie dough into tablespoon-sized balls and roll into clean balls. Place 2 inches aside on baking sheet and use your thumb to softly make an indentation within the middle of the cookie dough. Repeat with remaining dough.

  • Spoon cooled jam into every thumbprint, filling them to the highest.

  • Bake for 9 (smooth) to 11 (crunchy) minutes till edges start to brown. Allow to chill for 5-10 minutes, then switch to a cooling rack and permit to chill utterly previous to serving.

  • Best saved in an air tight container within the fridge as much as one week.
